Routine

Establish a routine for exercise. Plan a time each day for when you will engage in an exercise program. You can plan this at any time of the week.

Sleep

Stick with a sensible sleep routine. You need to get seven to eight hours of sleep every night so you can feel refreshed. To make this work, you have to set specific times in the day when you will get to sleep and when you will wake up. You must also avoid anything that might be overly stimulating to your mind or body before getting to sleep.

Milestones

Prepare goals for a healthy life that don’t entail your weight. Producing goals like drinking a certain amount of water each day or getting enough fiber should help encourage you to have a sensible plan for your life without obsessing over your weight.
